If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! Services cannot be refunded after being provided. Products offered on our website are shipped from Spain and can only be returned if you are sending from within Europe, otherwise they will get held in customs.
If you decide you do not want to receive the parcel from us and do not live in Europe, the only way to return the items is NOT receiving the parcel at the time of delivery so that it is “returned to sender”. If the products returned are in resalable condition and not expired, we can refund you less the shipping fees and 10% for administration fees. If you receive the products broken and are not able to use them, please photograph their condition to send us any complaint or request compensation.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
